Terms

Reservations

  1. All reservations, cancellations or amendments are to be made directly with Lifestyle Afrika Hospitality Group.
  2. Any amendments / cancellations need to be made in writing and confirmed in writing by Lifestyle Afrika. The client will be held responsible for any amendments / cancellations not confirmed with Lifestyle Afrika in writing.

Rooming/Group Lists

  1. Guest names must be sent directly to the appropriate product 28 days prior to arrival.
  2. Should final group lists not be available, provisional group lists must be provided and finalised as soon as possible by prior arrangement.

Rates

  1. Rates are quoted on a basis of per person.
  2. Lifestyle Afrika reserves the right to revise rates at any period within the contract period subject to a notice period of 30 days.
  3. Rates quoted in a reservation will be honoured.

Payment

  1. Payment is due 28 days prior to arrival, unless by alternate arrangement. All payments are to be accompanied by the relevant remittance advice.
  2. Guests are responsible for any costs related to foreign exchange.
Should payment not be timeously received, Lifestyle Afrika reserves the right to cancel the reserved accommodation or activity automatically. Lifestyle Afrika reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept further bookings if the contract entered into is not adhered to.


Child Policy

  1. Children 0 – 2 years, no charge. Hotels may have cots available and will be provided on request / if available.
  2. Children 3 – 12 years. Children to share room with parents. Rate schedule to apply.
  3. Children 12 – 18 years. Children to share room with parents. Rate schedule to apply.
  4. Children requiring own room are regarded as adults.
  5. Parents are responsible for their children and Lifestyle Afrika will not be held responsible for any damage or injury.

Cancellation Policy

  1. A booking will be regarded as cancelled only once the guest operator has a written cancellation letter from the product.
  2. Cancellation 14 to 28 days prior to arrival - the guest will be responsible for 25% of the reservation value.
  3. Cancellation 4 to 14 days prior to arrival - the guest will be responsible for 50% of the reservation value.
  4. Cancellation 1 to 4 days prior to arrival - the guest will be responsible for 80% of the reservation value.

Activity Cancellation

  1. All Products reserve the right to cancel any activity in the interests of guest safety.
  2. Any cancellation made by the product will be refunded to the guest.
  3. No refund will be made when a tour is not completed by the guest.
